sleep schedule
you know you're tired when you get on the floor to do some push ups and supermans and you wake up half an hour later with sleep creases on your cheek. not exactly the best exercise routine.
my sleep schedule has been kinda messed up lately--waking up and going to sleep at weird times. and what's even more weird is that the past few nights, i've been waking up while sleeping, say 3 or 5am. then while i'm lying there, trying to go back to sleep, i'll get a text message on my phone from person 'S', who is in place 'S' (15 hour time difference). it's almost as if person 'S' knew i was awake. needless to say, i've been doing a lot of thinking about person 'S' lately... and even a bit about place 'S'. is it possible to think about someone too much?
