clock rule changed back!

good news for college football fans everywhere! the stupid clock rule implemented last season has now been repealed. the drama and intensity of the last few minutes of games will return. and in related news, the kickoff location has been moved back from the 35 yard line to the 30 yard line. this will almost certainly increase the number of returns seen on kickoffs. the new season is about to start!
